Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Up to $4,000 Basic + Variable Bonus
  • Working location : Woodlands
  • Over 30 years of Reputable Automation Engineering Company

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to end users to troubleshoot technical issues such as hardware, software or network related problems
  • Install, update and configurate software application on users’ devices
  • Creation, update & manage user accounts on various systems & application
  • Implement & maintain IT security measures
  • Liaise with 3rd party IT vendors on hardware, software & service related

    • Requirement

  • Diploma in Information Technology
  • 2 years relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Chinese to coordinate with Chinese speaking counterparts
