Key Responsibilities

• Market and Business Development

Build and expand TENTEN’s technology recruitment capability across Asia Pac specifically in our core practices.

Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing roles and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Provide clients and candidates with market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices.

Represent TENTEN Partners at industry events and conferences to enhance our brand visibility.

A minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on core technology practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Location : Singapore, flexible working with occasional travel across other regions as required.
