Your new companyA well‑established international bank with strong regional operations, currently driving large‑scale transformation initiatives where the Singapore office plays a central role in projects spanning core banking New Role You will play a key role in our major core banking transformation program, coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution across multiple workstreams. Partnering closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders, you will oversee planning, track progress, and manage risks to keep initiatives on schedule. This role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive alignment across business and technology teams, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of new systems and the project manager, you will be responsible for
- Assist Project Managers in end-to-end implementation, covering planning, execution, monitoring, and release.
- Prepare project timelines, schedules, status reports, and documentation to support planning activities.
- Track tasks, dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure smooth project progress.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts across the SDLC, including requirements gathering, UAT, and training.
- Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new systems and processes.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Must have at least 3–5 years of experience in banking operations projects, in either trade finance, lending related, or data warehouse/datamart initiatives.
- Strong understanding of banking processes and systems, with exposure to transaction processing, payments, or reporting platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in system-related projects (as project member, coordinator, or end user), including UAT and change management.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage risks and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work across business and technology teams.
- Adaptability to evolving business needs and willingness to engage in regional projects or travel when required.
