1. JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Senior Dental Assistant to join our fun-loving team here in TEETH @ Tiong Bahru. We aim to provide excellent care to our community and want you to help us maintain our excellent standards.

Plus point if able to translate medical terms for Chinese (Mandarin, Hokkien or Cantonese) Speaking Patients.

On job training provided.

5 day work week, 1 weekday off and Sunday’s and public-holiday’s off.

Responsibilities :

✅ Assist the dentists with all forms of treatments and attend to patient's comfort during treatment

✅ Front desk reception duties, patient registrations, claims submission and any ad hoc administrative work

✅ Preparation of dental materials for the respective treatments

✅ To make sure stock on the work bench and sterilization room are sufficient✅ Ensure the maintenance, and sterilization of dental equipment.

✅ Maintain professional and tidy appearance of the clinic (front desk, display counter, dental rooms)

✅ Routine inventory checks

✅ Update Supplier invoices onto hubdoc, Excel Spreadsheet & Plato

✅ Inventory Goods receipt onto Plato

✅ Oversee Junior nurses

✅ Work with Principal Dentist / Owner on SOP's

✅ Create Purchase Requistion (PR) onto Plato after stock take on what need to be order and update Principal Dentist / Owner for ordering.

✅ Other adhoc work as required

Remuneration will be discussed according to experience.
