video content e-commerce, so as to make more affordable and
high-quality products sell easily and a better life within reach.
Responsibilities
Responsible for data science and analytics related to C-end users,
focusing on traffic conversion, user experience optimisation, and
risk control rule development.
statistical, machine learning, and deep learning techniques to mine
user behaviour data, improving user engagement, conversion rates,
and retention.
product, operations, and engineering teams to drive data-driven
decision-making and optimise user experience and product
features.
enhance user experience, analyse user feedback, identify experience
issues, and optimize ROI of user benefits, increasing overall user
satisfaction on the platform.
the development of risk control rules, identify and prevent
abnormal behaviors, and ensure the platform's safety and growth.
modeling and analysis, driving continuous product iteration and
innovation.
Qualifications
Minimum
Qualifications
Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or relevant fields, with
3+ years of experience in user data analysis, user growth, or risk
control.
analysis and modeling using R / Python.
experience in user behaviour analysis, A / B testing, traffic
analysis, and conversion rate optimisation, with hands-on project
experience.
cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to quickly
adapt to new business and technology challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive.
learning, and deep learning; experience in risk modeling or
implementing user experience strategies.
Experience in global e-commerce, content commerce, or consumer
internet products.
