Roles & Responsibilities

Morgan McKinley is hiring a Security Cloud Operations Specialist for our client — A well-established security solutions provider recognized for delivering secure, reliable, and cutting-edge systems.

Responsibilities :

Monitor and maintain cybersecurity infrastructure including firewalls, antivirus tools, IDS / IPS, and other security applications to ensure optimal performance and protection.
Assist in the identification, investigation, and response to security incidents.
Provide first-level troubleshooting and maintain proper incident documentation.
Coordinate with technology vendors for issue escalation when necessary.
Perform regular vulnerability assessments and manage system patches to maintain security integrity.
Support internal and external security audits by compiling relevant logs and reports.
Ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
Partner with IT teams, network engineers, and other stakeholders to enforce security controls and meet operational requirements.
Maintain comprehensive records on cybersecurity procedures, incidents, system states, and operational updates.

Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Professional cybersecurity certifications are preferred

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a cybersecurity maintenance or IT security operations role

Proven experience in leading a team of Engineers.

Strong team orientation with a proactive, customer-focused mindset

Hands-on experience in at least one cybersecurity domain (e.g., Endpoint Protection and Access Management )

CISSP or equivalent certification is advantageous
