Job Description & Requirements

Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Engineering Dept. Handle emails and enquiries. Prepare PO, SO and Quotation. Assist in coordinate with contractors & supplier. Schedule appointments with clients requirement. Engage and liaise closely with other departments / teams to ensure the operation flows effectively. Maintain proper filing system, including data management and file sharing. Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by Head of Engineer. Strong knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Able to multi-task. 5.5 working days at Mandai Estate.
