Job Description & Requirements

• Manage daily scheduling and logistical coordination for the movement of specialized raw materials, promptly flagging potential issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholder inquiries, maintaining clear communication with clients, traders, and counterparties.
• Oversee full cargo lifecycles, including inventory management, documentation (Letters of Credit, shipping documents), and coordination with ports, terminals, and inspectors.
• Ensure strict compliance with all international shipping regulations and company procedures for truck, rail, and maritime transport.
• Analyze and reconcile product movement data, manage month-end inventory reporting, and support loss control investigations.
• Optimize trader strategies by leveraging market knowledge and external relationships to resolve logistical challenges.
• Provide coverage for team members and participate in resolving operational disputes as needed.
