Job Description
- Industry / Organization Type : Security System Service Provider
- Position Title : Admin Assistant
- Working Location : East (Nearest MRT : Tai Seng)
- Working Hours : 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm)
- Salary Package : Up to SGD 2200
- Duration : 1-year contract (Renewable if performance meets expectations)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine equipment and system inspections remotely using online software platformsRecord maintenance findings in Google Sheets for tracking and reporting purposesPerform remote audits of corrective maintenance activities carried out by onsite engineersExecute routine maintenance tasks remotely, including software updates, calibration verification, and system optimizationConsistently meet individual and team targets for monthly preventive maintenanceCoordinate with onsite engineers to plan and schedule maintenance activities effectivelyAnalyze performance data and trends to proactively identify potential issues and areas for improvementAPPLY NOW!!!
