Facilities Technician - West / 5days

Location : Tuas Crescent (Company Transport provided at Marsiling & Jurong East MRT)

Working Hours : Monday - Friday

Responsibilities :

• Work closely with Senior Facilities Engineer to ensure all services / operations are running smoothly without unscheduled disruption and in compliance to all relevant authorities requirements.
• Support and execute preventive maintenance programs for building equipment to ensure that building equipment are inspected / tested to meet authorities requirement.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure all building services works are done in compliance to contract or work orders.
• Day to Day operation and routine inspection of building facilities. Take regular meter readings and ensure system is operating in optimal condition.
• Perform general maintenance including building works repairs, electrical, air-conditioning and plumbing & sanitary systems.
• To supervise / manage outsourced security and ensure security procedures are in place and being carried out at all times.
• Perform the role of 2nd in-charge of Site Incident Controller (SIC), and be part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT).
• Assist the Fire Safety Manager (FSM) in conducting regular fire safety inspection of the premises, and cover the role of FSM during his absence.
• Other duties as assigned by your immediate superior.
