Job Responsibilities :
Operational Oversight
- Oversee the accurate setup and maintenance of static data including account information, customer profiles, pricing, and reference data.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Monitor and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and escalations in a timely manner.
Process Improvement & Risk Management
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance automation.Implement and monitor controls to mitigate operational risks.Participate in system upgrades, UAT testing, and process re-engineering initiatives.Reporting & Governance
Prepare and present operational metrics, dashboards, and incident reports to senior management.Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years in banking operationsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage complex data.Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of KYC and compliance procedures.Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.Tell employers what skills you have
