- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to sales and product information.
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle telephone and online catering inquiries with confidence and efficiency.
Sales
Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms.Pursue new clients, negotiate contracts, and secure repeat business.Build and nurture strong relationships to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.Manage incoming sales calls, follow-ups, and ensure no lead is left behind.Office & Administrative Support
Support internal sales teams with invoicing, data entry, and SOA preparation.Maintain office organization, including ordering supplies, filing, and handling mail and phone calls.Assist in order processing, collaborating with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve delivery issues.Ad-Hoc Responsibilities
