Job description5 years of experience managing ACMV works. Possess a Singapore Class 3 Driver’s License. Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Manage Work at Height Certificate - Assessor / Manager. OFAC Certification an added advantage. This position is open to Singaporeans and Singapore PR only.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating mechanical and electrical works, focusing on Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation systems, for building construction and improvement projects, including :
- Review M&E design drawings for discrepancies with structural, architectural, and client provisions.
- Oversee project implementation, including on-site quality checks and final measurements.
- Evaluate and resolve technical discrepancies.
- Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities.
- Coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely completion according to quality standards and schedule.
- Monitor daily work activity schedules.
- Report defects in materials and workmanship, submitting Non-Compliance Reports for corrective action.
- Inspect subcontractor work for quality and safety compliance.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
