Roles & Responsibilities
We’re looking for an Account Executive who can manage day-to-day client communication, oversee deliverables, and be present for shoots, events, and occasional face-to-face meetings. You’ll ensure smooth coordination between clients and our creative team while upholding our service standards. Remote (must attend shoots & meetings when required)
What You’ll Do
- Manage client communication with clarity and consistency
- Coordinate timelines, briefs, approvals, and campaign deliverables
- Attend shoots, meetings, activations, and events when needed
- Work closely with designers, videographer, content producer to deliver outcomes
- Anticipate needs and recommend solutions proactively
- Maintain high standards of punctuality, follow-through, and professionalism
- Ensure no miscommunication (recap, align, and update clearly)
