Job Title : Senior Store Manager / Retail Manager

Company Overview
We are a premium lifestyle brand with an established retail presence in Singapore and expansion plans across Southeast Asia. With two stores currently operating and a new store opening soon, we are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager who has the potential to grow into a Multi-Store Manager role.
Role Summary
The Retail Manager will oversee daily retail operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple locations. The successful candidate will also be expected to build strong partnerships with landlords and support future store openings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the performance of existing two stores, ensuring achievement of sales and profitability targets.
- Lead and motivate store teams to deliver best-in-class customer service and clienteling.
- Monitor KPIs, develop action plans, and implement strategies to maximize store productivity.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and mall management to optimize business performance.
- Work closely with HQ and regional teams to execute retail strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising standards.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of store staff to ensure strong succession planning.
- Drive operational excellence, including inventory management, loss prevention, and compliance with company policies.
- Actively contribute to the planning and execution of new store openings in Singapore.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing a large-format store.Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve sales and service excellence.Strong commercial mindset with experience in sales-driven environments.Experience in luxury, premium fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to liaise with stakeholders including landlords and regional teams.Highly motivated, hands-on, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.Potential and aspiration to grow into a Multi-Store Manager role.Tell employers what skills you have
