Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title : UI / UX Designer

Responsibilities :

Research and design end-to-end user experiences for digital services.
Collaborate in cross-functional teams to translate design ideas into prototypes and products.
Develop and implement user experience processes and guidelines.
Conduct product inception sessions with product owners to understand requirements.
Build empathy with users to design intuitive, usable products, applying design principles, color theory, and typography.
Organize focus group discussions and usability testing to gather insights and enhance products.
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
Create branding and style guides to support prototypes and product development.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer or similar role in digital product design.

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and focus groups.

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and decisions.

Attention to detail and passion for delivering seamless user experiences.
