Role context

The role is a key member of Enterprise AI to engage with users, to develop and deploy Gen AI capabilities and applications, for business and support units, and deliver impactful outcomes. GenAI is a strong assistive technology and multiplier for a large variety of tasks and processes. Enterprise GenAI based capabilities developed, customized and scaled for production use cases will significantly increase work productivity and expand the capabilities envelope for the Bank.

Your main responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, technology and business / support units, to evaluate, solution and deliver GenAI driven business use cases.
• Develop and successfully execute plans aligned with strategic project and business objectives.
• Develop performant Gen AI capabilities through thoughtful research and experimentation, and thinking from first principles.
• Develop and deploy Gen AI applications with agile prototyping.
• Integrate Gen AI capabilities and applications into the bank's ecosystem.
• Stay abreast of fast emerging AI SOTA technological advancements, industry best practices, architecture, software resources and paradigms.
• Engage and manage stakeholder interactions and expectations.
• Provide deep expertise and advisory on Gen AI to diverse stakeholders.
• Contribute to Gen AI related validation, guardrail and benchmarking exercises.
• To enrich skillsets and increase exposure for our data scientists, each will also contribute in a secondary and significant task, in this case on Market Portfolio / Econometric Modelling.
