Basic Salary : $3,500
Working Hours : 44 hours / week (5.5 days)
- Commission may be applicable depending on store sales.
Position Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Store Manager to oversee our retail operations and support our team across multiple locations. The Store Manager plays a key role in training, team development, store operations, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Train and guide retail staff on product knowledge, customer service, and cashier operations.Learn and master foot health knowledge, interpret foot scan reports, and perform insole grinding and adjustments.Recruit and interview new team members.Conduct onboarding and skills training sessions for new hires.Manage and prepare weekly staff schedules.Monitor daily operations to ensure service standards are met.Handle customer service matters and resolve in-store complaints efficiently.Conduct interviews and training sessions at the Woodlands location.Visit different store outlets regularly to support staff and motivate team members.Push and monitor sales performance across all stores.Coordinate with HQ to provide updates on staff performance and store needs.Requirements :
Prior experience in retail management or supervisory roles preferred.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Willingness to learn technical product knowledge (foot reports and insoles).Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Flexibility to visit and support various store locations.Passionate about team development and customer satisfaction.Tell employers what skills you have
