Roles & Responsibilities
Mission
This role exists to lead and deliver a large-scale workforce transformation, transitioning 1,000 employees (DBAs & Project Managers) into Product Management roles. You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution : planning, delivery, sourcing of learning platforms and providers, building a trainer / coach community, and ensuring measurable outcomes. A key responsibility is to advise on the feasibility of the learning map and align programme requirements to established Product Manager competency frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and drive a 1,000-person workforce conversion programme from traditional roles to Product Management.
- Build and oversee the learning journey, including curriculum design, skills mapping, and training delivery.
- Identify, onboard, and manage external platforms and providers to deliver world-class PM training.
- Establish and manage a community of trainers, coaches, and mentors to support the transition.
- Track, measure, and report on programme outcomes, including readiness to transition into PM roles.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure alignment of capability development with organizational strategy.
- Continuously improve the programme based on learner feedback, industry best practices, and business needs.
Preferred Profile
Programme / Project Management : Led large cohorts and complex, multi-phase programmes.Experience with Product Manager Conversion or similar large-scale role transitions.Stakeholder & Consulting Skills : Able to work closely with tech leaders and SMEs.Product Management Fluency : Product lifecycle, discovery / delivery practices, stakeholder alignment.Sourcing Resourcefulness : Skilled at identifying and evaluating PM e-learning platforms and training providers.Marketing & Community Building : Able to drive learner sign-ups and manage a pool of trainers / coaches.Nice-to-Have
Prior public-sector or large enterprise transformation experience.Exposure to L&D, curriculum design, or corporate academies.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
