Responsibilities
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
Required skills and qualifications
Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate settingProven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closingExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsSuperb leadership abilityBachelor’s degree in business or related field.Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.Experience in customer relationship management.Experience managing and directing a sales team.Dedication to providing great customer service.Ability to lead a sales team.Able to work on weekend and public holidayTell employers what skills you have
