Job descriptionCoordinate trainers, facilities, digital platforms, and technical support. Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment before sessions. Provide guidance, reminders, and support to trainees. Monitor attendance, engagement, and completion rates. Track training metrics (attendance, feedback, outcomes). Prepare periodic reports for management and recommend improvements. Liaise with external trainers, consultants, and vendors where relevant. Support procurement processes for training resources and tools. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations or programme coordination. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple schedules, logistics, and resources. Experience with learner enrolment, support, and engagement tracking. Familiarity with training systems, tools, and digital platforms. Ability to compile reports, track training metrics, and recommend improvements. Strong communication skills for vendor and trainer coordination. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement.
