• Manufacturing Solution Implementation
• Design site-specific implementation scenarios
• Prepare engineering requirements and business cases
• Collaborate with local teams for equipment sourcing, installation, and commissioning
• Process Parameters & Line Qualification
• Lead process parameter setup and line integration
• Conduct first qualification and gap analysis
• Support ramp-up and safe launch plans
• Equipment & Process Design
• Assess manufacturing options and develop equipment specifications
• Select suppliers and manage purchase orders
• Review designs for flawless project execution
