Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical solutions, driving improvements in processes, systems, and operations. This role involves gathering requirements, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business and technology outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements directly from stakeholders.
• Support project scoping, estimation, planning, and manage change requests together with the Project Manager.
• Collaborate with UX / UI teams to prepare design mockups, wireframes, and user flows.
• Write test scenarios, support clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure requirements are met.
• Serve as the main liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Create detailed documentation including user stories, business rules, backlog items, and feature specifications.
• Produce documentation and reports throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
