Responsibilities :

• Assist in daily kitchen operations including preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
• Support Chef de Partie in managing a kitchen section
• Ensure food is prepared and served according to standards.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and finished products.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow, especially during peak hours.
