Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Be the front line for all visitors, prospects and customers in the showroom
- Receive and forward queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
- Provision of drinks and snacks to visitors, prospects and customers
- Monitoring of whereabouts of all members of the sales department
- Preparation of all documentation for delivery
- Manage showroom and test-drive cars
- In charge of showroom and pantry area
- Perform administrative duties
