We are currently in a solid expansion phase and are looking for a skilled Territory Sales Manager based in Singapore to manage and grow business sales across Eastern Asia.

Territory Sales Manager - Asia
Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Growth – Drive sales across the assigned territory by implementing strategies and identifying new market opportunities.
- Territory Management – Develop and execute specific territory plans to grow business through all channels, ensuring alignment with company strategies.
- Client Relationship Management – Build and nurture strong working relationships with distributors, key accounts and retailers.
- Brand & Product Development – Support building the brand image in the area by selecting and optimizing product portfolios, delivering marketing and communication strategies, monitoring product performance, and educating clients on product features.
- Reporting – Maintain accurate sales forecasts, activities, pipeline updates and territory performance; monitor industry trends, competitors and customer needs.
Requirements
A minimum of years’ experience in Sales with a proven track record of delivering business growth, building distributor relationships ideally within the Sporting Goods sector in the Asian market, with specific experience in Eastern Asian countries.Solid expertise and knowledge of the motorcycle and / or technical sporting sector.In-depth knowledge of the Asian markets and related regional business dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; self‑motivated and target‑driven approach.Fluency in English – proficiency in another Asian language is a strong plus.Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territories.Other Information
