Job Description :
Mandatory is : Recent working experience as a Business Analyst in Global Markets domain.
Key Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with significant business analysis background, preferably in the financial services / banking industry.
- Must have working experience in global market products for 3+ years.
- Must be working as a Business Analyst in Global Markets domain for 3+ years currently.
- 5 years’ experience in project delivery and to lead end-to-end product delivery for FX systems and new implementations.
- Domain knowledge / experience in Global Market products and system management in the finance sector is a must.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a business analyst in the mentioned domain space. The candidate will gather and document business requirements, perform detailed analysis to identify gaps and work with technology teams to propose solutions.
- Working experience in project management is required.
- The candidate is to track project progress and monitor risks, dependencies and constraints, proactively address potential issues.
- The candidate is to provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Adhere to waterfall / agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders and technology team members to ensure successful project execution.
- Proficiency in Jira, confluence, and other project management tools
- Previous exposure to Global Banking streams and products is preferable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Good interpersonal / communication skills and team player, with the ability to effectively influence and work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to lead initiatives with ownership.
- Methodical, analytical, and organized, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
