Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description – Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the

daily operations at PINNACLE AQUATICS PTE. LTD. The Operations Manager will be

responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining high service standards,

managing staJ, and driving customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership,

operational eJiciency, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily shop operations to ensure eJiciency and excellent customer

service.

  • Supervise, train, and motivate staJ to deliver high-quality beverages and

    • maintain service standards.

  • Manage staffing scheduling, workflow, and performance to ensure adequate

    • manpower coverage.

  • Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers for timely

    • ordering.

  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food safety,

    • hygiene, and customer service.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues eJectively.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to drive sales.
  • Analyze sales performance, operational costs, and propose improvements for

    • eJiciency and profitability.

  • Work closely with management to support business growth and brand

    • development.

    Key Skills :

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in retail.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

    • Duration : 6 months
