Job description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer sales inquiries promptly, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Process sales quotations, orders, delivery orders, billing and other sales-related documents, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage customer Purchase Orders and customer accounts within the ERP system.
  • Proactively monitor pending orders and provide status updates to the Sales Manager.
  • Follow up with customers and testing departments regarding re-test requests and variation orders.
  • Generate and release final test reports to customers.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Assist Sales Manager on generating sales reports and analysis and contribute to streamline the processes.
  • Ensure seamless service by supporting colleagues when needed.
  • Perform administration tasks and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum a Diploma in Business or relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
  • Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently.
  • Good Knowledge in ERP system, Google Workspace and Microsoft office e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
