Job description
Job Responsibilities :
Respond to customer sales inquiries promptly, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Process sales quotations, orders, delivery orders, billing and other sales-related documents, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Manage customer Purchase Orders and customer accounts within the ERP system.
Proactively monitor pending orders and provide status updates to the Sales Manager.
Follow up with customers and testing departments regarding re-test requests and variation orders.
Generate and release final test reports to customers.
Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
Assist Sales Manager on generating sales reports and analysis and contribute to streamline the processes.
Ensure seamless service by supporting colleagues when needed.
Perform administration tasks and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
Minimum a Diploma in Business or relevant field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently.
Good Knowledge in ERP system, Google Workspace and Microsoft office e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
