Facilities Technician

As a Facilities Technician, you will be at the heart of ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities at the Pandan and Loyang Workshops. This full-time position offers you the opportunity to apply your technical expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting our infrastructure, directly contributing to the overall success of ComfortDelGro Engineering. What you'll be doing

• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance : Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of M&E systems such as ACMV, electrical systems, sanitary & plumbing, fire protection systems, and building works.
• Routine Checks : Conduct daily routine checks, attend to enquiries, and respond to emergency repair and breakdown complaints.
• Contractor Supervision : Supervise and monitor contractor performance to ensure works are carried out based on contract specifications.
• Project Management : Manage and follow up on rectification, capex, and project works, and report to management in a timely manner.
• Implementation Assistance : Assist in the implementation of renewals such as fire drills, system shutdowns, periodic inspections, etc.
• Additional Tasks : Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by management.
