Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Design Support : Assist our team through all stages of the architectural process, from concept development to project completion.
  • Submission to Regulatory Authorities : Prepare documents and drawings for submission to regulatory authorities for approval.
  • Digital Design : Develop and contribute to detailed BIM models and digital workflows using Revit.
  • Drawing Production : Prepare high-quality conceptual, regulatory submission, tender, and construction drawing sets.
  • Visualization : Create compelling 3D visualizations, renderings, and design presentation materials to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with senior designers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure coordinated and smooth project delivery.

    • Requirements :

  • A holder of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in architectural design and end-to-end project delivery.
  • High expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong rendering skills with Lumion or Enscape.
  • A basic understanding of Singapore’s regulations, codes and submission processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
