What this job involves :

Being the leader in property management, you are the account lead for the assigned property management team.

• Direct and oversee on-site team & drive profitable P&L
• Plan and organize execution of tasks contracted by providing guidance / advice to clients to exceed their expectations on all service levels
• Oversee the overall client relationship management & advisory on property management matters
• Attend client meetings not limited to Council & AFMs
• Support client pitches and transition work
• Execute initiatives & programmes as directed
• You will mentor your team and ensure that you provide your clients with the highest standard of services
