Job Responsibilities :
Attend to increased calls especially related to Open House, JAE, and appeals. Manage enquiries via the AskNP hotline. Assist with blazer loan services (issuing and tracking). Support counter duties, including walk-in enquiries and guiding visitors. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. SSVC duty (no Work from Home) Pre-requisites :
Able to read, write and communicate in English. Any other language proficiency an added advantage. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Working Hours :
08 : 30am - 06 : 00pm, Mon - Fri No duty on Weekends or Public Holiday Kindly note that this is an hourly paid position. #J-18808-Ljbffr Industry
