Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Lead the detailed definition and documentation of business requirements for fund transfer and payment services within the new internet banking platform.
• Define and structure epics, feature lists, and user stories that accurately reflect business needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with business vendors and internal teams to ensure clarity and completeness of requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users, vendors and cross-functional teams during the requirements definition phase.
• Incorporate industry best practices, standards, and relevant regulatory requirements into the requirements documentation.
• Ensure all requirements support current industry initiatives and innovations in payments and fund transfer services.
• Facilitate prioritization and refinement sessions to maintain a well-groomed agile backlog aligned with business goals.
