Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns &
Promotions
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing
campaigns (online and offline).
Coordinate
seasonal promotions, product launches, and festive campaigns to
boost sales.
Manage marketing collaterals,
POSM (Point of Sales Materials), and in-store
displays.
2.
Digital & Social Media
Marketing
Manage the company's social media platforms (Facebook,
Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to build brand presence.
Work with agencies / creators on content creation,
influencer marketing, and online engagement.
Monitor campaign performance and provide reports on
digital
metrics.
3.
Market Research &
Analysis
Conduct market research on consumer preferences,
competitor activities, and industry trends.
Provide insights to support new product launches and
promotional strategies.
Track and analyze
campaign ROI to optimize future marketing
efforts.
4.
Cross-Department
Coordination
Collaborate with R&D and Operations teams for product
launch support.
Work with Sales / Store teams to
ensure consistent brand messaging at outlets.
Coordinate with external vendors, media partners, and
suppliers for marketing
initiatives.
5.
Branding & Customer
Engagement
Support activities that strengthen Juewei's brand image
in Singapore.
Assist in organizing events,
sponsorships, or food fairs to increase brand
visibility.
Handle customer engagement
activities, feedback collection, and loyalty program
support.
