Job descriptionDiploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering At least 3 years of experience in procurement of fabrication or precision mechanical parts in the Semiconductor / Automation industry. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office applications. Strong integrity, communication, and teamwork skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and qualify new suppliers for fabrication and structural components used in semiconductor or automation equipment (e.g. precision machining, enclosures, sheet metal, frameworks).
- Evaluate supplier performance, capacity, and capability to support business growth and maintain high quality, cost, and delivery standards.
- Drive cost optimisation and supplier development initiatives for both existing and new vendors.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and share procurement expertise to strengthen overall team competency.
