Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
- Draft and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and other corporate documents.
- Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of statutory registers and company records.
- Coordinate board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs), including notices, scheduling, and logistics.
- Ensure timely filing and submission of statutory documents to regulatory authorities.
- Manage corporate correspondence and communications on behalf of the Company Secretary.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration or related field.
- Prior experience in administrative or corporate support roles is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
