As Strategic Growth Lead, you will lead the launch of new projects targeting untapped customer segments. This includes planning, testing and scaling across marketing, sales and support.
1. Understand the New Audience
- Research their needs, goals, and behaviors.
- Figure out what they care about most and how they prefer to learn.
- Create simple user profiles to guide decisions.
2. Tailor the Product or Offering
Adjust the course content, pricing, or format to match what the new audience wants.Work with product and content teams to test small pilots or MVPS.3. Plan the Launch
Set clear goals (e.g., sign-ups, conversions, retention).Choose the right marketing channels : social media, ads, email, influencers, etc.Build a simple landing page and early sign-up flow.Create a pre-launch buzz (waitlist, early access, countdown, etc.).4. Prepare Sales & Conversion Paths
Make sure the sales team knows how to talk to this new audience.Create email templates, pitch decks, and FAQs.Set up tools to track leads and conversions (CRM, email sequences, etc.).5. Support and Onboarding
Design a smooth first experience : welcome email, onboarding video, Q&A session.Prepare the customer support team with segment-specific FAQs and response scripts.Collect feedback early to fix issues quickly.6. Measure and Improve
Track key metrics : sign-ups, conversions, retention, and satisfaction.Run small experiments to improve performance.Share learnings across the team and decide whether to scale.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.5–8 years’ experience in growth, marketing, business development, or GTM roles.Proven track record launching new products, segments, or markets.Strong skills in market research, customer discovery, and audience segmentation.Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, support).Ability to build landing pages, funnels, email sequences, and sales enablement materials.Proficient in CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).Strong analytical ability; comfortable with data, A / B testing, and KPI tracking.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Highly proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable with fast-paced environments.Customer-centric mindset with focus on delivering strong onboarding and retentions#J-18808-Ljbffr
