Roles & Responsibilities

• Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
• Invoice preparation and follow-up, financial statement reconciliation
• Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
• Responsible for management and budgeting of cash flows
• Review effectiveness if internal controls with respect to payment cycle
• Updateing of cashbook and timely posting to the General Ledger
• Assist in the monthly closing of accounts including preparation of accounting journals and quarterly GST filing
• Handle general office adminsitration matters
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as required
