Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle daily accounts, invoice entries & administrative duties.
- Compiles all Food and Beverage menu and inventory reports.
- Assist in preparation of the relevant management report.
- Assist with food ordering where necessary.
- Arranging logistics for daily orders / events.
- Payroll (Check & tally) (OT / AL / MC etc)
- Month end closing inventory
- Reporting of daily sales report
- Reporting of weekly sales report
- Maintaining of Halal file
- Maintaining of ISO file
Health and Safety Responsibilities :
Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and proceduresFollow all Emergency Response plans on siteFollow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risksAdhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all timesJob Requirements :
Minimum GCE ‘N’ level / ‘O’ level / Nitec / Higher NitecAt least 1-year experience working in F&BProficient in Microsoft office applicationsGood communication skillsTell employers what skills you have
