Responsibilities
- Coordinate department activities and projects to ensure quality and meet deadlines.
- Recommend and implement changes based on process analysis.
- Supervise staff in line with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure department meets productivity and quality goals.
- Manage staff scheduling, including work assignments, training, vacations, breaks, overtime, and shift rotations.
- Conduct interviews, hire new operators, and facilitate employee orientation.
- Set employee goals and conduct performance reviews.
- Provide coaching and career development guidance to staff.
Requirements
3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.Proficient in MS Office applicationsCompliance with RBA standardsTan Cheu Hoon, Fenny EA License No. : 02C3423 Personnel Registration No. : R22105896
