Roles & Responsibilities

Availability : Immediate

Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled and proactive Sales Support to manage tendering, project monitoring, and finalization, ensuring cost efficiency and timely completion. This role also involves maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting project activities for seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Tendering for Project :

Review drawings and technical requirements, prepare tenders based on bills of quantities.
Submit comprehensive quotations, follow up on bids, and highlight issues in contracts.
Ensure all M&E services are included in tenders.

Monitoring of Project :

Obtain weekly progress reports, monitor productivity, and generate WIP reports.

Submit progress claims, track payments, and manage accounts receivable.

Finalization of Project :

Finalize payments, track retention amounts, and record project completions.

Administrative Duties :

Provide weekly project updates, generate management reports, and perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Customer Service Responsibilities :

Troubleshoot and advise clients on maintenance issues, ensuring satisfaction.

Coordinate service technicians, manage project documents, and ensure compliance.

Implement tracking systems for service cases and follow-up with stakeholders.

Review project schedules and work with engineers to support project phases.

Reports :

Quotation Summary, WIP, Progress Claims, Accounts Receivable, Transmittal Summary.

Qualifications and Skills :

Minimum 1 year of experience.

Proficient in MS Office.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Organized, precise, and able to manage multiple tasks.
