Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Drive efficient and high-performing recruitment operations to achieve organizational fulfillment targets.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across job clusters, ensuring readiness to meet client demands.
  • Optimize workflows, performance metrics, and resource allocation to improve fulfillment rates and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment between recruitment operational activities and Industry Unit (IU) objectives, delivering on both client and organizational expectations

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Min 3 years of recruitment experience preferably within an agency environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Leadership and team management skills to oversee multiple roles and functions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Ability to balance short-term operational needs with long-term strategic goals
