Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Performance, Employee Engagement & Governance)

💰 Salary : $4,500 – $5,500
Overview :
We are seeking a passionate and meticulous HR professional to join our team in driving key initiatives across Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and HR Governance . The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a keen eye for detail and at least 2 years of relevant HRBP experience, particularly in policy writing and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
- Support the Assistant Director in managing and rolling out the annual performance exercise for NUH, including goal-setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, promotions, and appeals.
- Prepare and analyse reports on preliminary ratings and promotion recommendations.
- Plan and facilitate pre-moderation and moderation sessions with senior management.
- Partner with Centres of Excellence (COEs) and HRBPs to ensure timely submission of appraisals.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the entire performance cycle.
Employee Engagement
Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives , including the Employee Engagement Survey and follow-up action plans.Coordinate and manage end-to-end survey administration, from preparation to post-survey analysis.Partner with internal stakeholders and HRBPs to analyse survey results, identify key themes, and develop reports and presentations.Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and pulse surveys .Risk & Governance
Support the rollout of the annual Conflict of Interest Declaration and Compliance Leave exercises.Provide guidance to staff on conflict of interest matters and ensure completeness and escalation of potential cases.Track compliance leave adherence and support governance-related initiatives.Undertake any other HR projects or assignments as required.Interested candidates, do submit your resume to : jocelynchan@recruitexpress.com.sg OR telegram @jocelynchan
