Legal Counsel, Leading Financial Services Group - TARGET PARTNERS EXECUTIVE SEARCH PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a leading financial services group with a growing regional presence. They are looking to add to their Legal team. The role will be a hybrid role as follows : -

a. Providing legal advice to internal stakeholders for corporate matters; and

b. Acting as Transaction Counsel supporting the group’s regional structured finance business

The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with about 5 – 7 years PQE, and ideally someone with corporate finance, corporate and / or banking and finance experience. Dynamic, an eye for details and with a strong commercial sense are critical attributes. He / she must be a strong team player.
