Why we’re looking for a Senior People Partner – a leader who thrives in fast‑moving, high‑ownership environments and is passionate about helping great people do their best work. This role leans strongly toward talent acquisition , but also offers the scope to shape the full People experience — from hiring to engagement to organizational design. You’ll be both strategic and hands‑on : designing scalable systems, refining processes, and building meaningful connections across the company.
