Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pega Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega development, with the ability to independently deliver complex, module-based solutions end-to-end. This role involves applying Pega best practices, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive high-quality business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Pega modules independently.
• Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
• Support Pega platform governance, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide proactive recommendations for process and system improvements.
• Contribute to RFPs, technical proposals, and client discussions as a subject matter expert (SME).
