The Recruitment Specialist will ensure a positive experience by liaising directly with candidates and recruiters to schedule interviews, greet and host candidates while on-site, and address any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process with a focus on sourcing high-quality candidates, screening applications, and selecting top talent for key roles.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential talent to fill both current and upcoming positions.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by serving as a brand ambassador to share image, culture and career opportunities to potential candidates.
- Implement strategic talent acquisition approaches to achieve quarterly hiring goals while ensuring a smooth, engaging, and personalised candidate experience from application to offer.
- Assist in organising and executing recruitment-focused events, including open houses, networking meetups, university career fairs, and industry-related functions.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience by providing clear, timely communication and constructive feedback throughout the recruitment journey.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in hiring strategies.

Qualifications :
A full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma, a Polytechnic Diploma from Singapore, or an equivalent academic qualification.Eligibility :
Singapore Citizens are preferred.Work Hours :
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM.Key Skills & Attributes :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of the Employment Act and the Fair Consideration Framework are an advantage.Proactive with a strong willingness to learn and grow.Exceptional organisational and time management skills.Kindly note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
