The Offer

  • 6 months contract job

The Job

You will be responsible for :

Diary DD Management

  • Allocate and track Daily Diary (DD) requests.
  • Print and distribute DD summaries to contractors.
  • Update and maintain DD statistics reports.
  • Record completed contractor jobs in the system.
  • Disseminate compiled reports to relevant managers.
  • OBUM & OBU Handling

  • Manage OBUM (On-Board Unit Management) requests and records.
  • Process and assign OBUs (On-Board Units).
  • Ensure accurate labelling and data entry in statistics and Incadea systems.
  • Generate and submit OBUM reports via Concur.
  • Concur & Procurement Support

  • Manage employee claims through the Concur system.
  • Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Assist with invoice processing and document handling.
  • The Profile

    Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Junior College (JC) qualification or Diploma in any field
  • Basic IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, internet usage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
