in Singapore to bring a successful omnichannel business model

across Southeast Asia. Our omnichannel strategy is built upon our

ability to provide a variety of retail

options.

We are now looking for a proactive and

high caliber candidate for the position of "Sales Associate" to

join us.

You will report to the Operation

Manager, and play a critical role in establishing and sustaining an

environment where guests are the center of the shopping

experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Achieve Company's designated goals and KPIs under the

leadership of Senior Retail Operation Manager;

Provide store customer services, maximize sales turnover

& profitability and contribute to branch efficiencies, through

application of Brand Values and build customer loyalty while

raising brand awareness;

Maintain proper

standards of all visual merchandising and image guidelines set by

Moleskine;

Run all store operations including

as well opening and closing the store, ensuring proper cash

management and cash register policies, use of sale POS

System;

Other related work assigned by

Operation

Manager.

REQUIREMENTS :

At least 1-year experience in retail operation / customer

services;

Be strong at self-motivating to

achieve the sales target & delivering outstanding

services;

Able to multi-task & work in a

fast-moving environment;

Strong communication

and interpersonal skills with passion in culture, travelling and

arts;

Good customer service skill with

pleasant, outgoing personality and positive attitude;

Good command of spoken English, other Asian language is a

plus;

Candidates may be required to work in

rotation in different shop locations;

Immediately available or short notice

period is definitely an

advantage.
